For all heat sources, including induction

Suitable for oven cooking.
The Affinity material is a very reactive heat
conductor and the induction heating power
is exceptional. Therefore to avoid any risk of
deformation on induction hobs :
- ensure a progressive temperature
increase
- do not use the BOOSTER
- not to overheat the pan when empty
In the case of an extended cooking period
•
or oven cooking, it is advisable to use a
heat-protection glove to grip the heaten cast
stainless steel handles.
Never overheat non-stick pans (250°C
•
maxi.) and do not leave an empty non-stick
pan on a hotplate of any type while it is
switched on.
Clean with a sponge and washing-up liquid.

Dishwasher safe.
To retain the inner finish, whenever
•
necessary, boil up a glass of water with a
teaspoon of vinegar.
