Assembly / Disassembly of the front Wheel with Quick Release Hubs

Open the front wheel brake as already described on page 80. Loosen the quick release cocking lever a. Then open the quick
release nut b until the front wheel slides over the fork front end.
The front wheel can be assembled in the reverse order. Position the quick release nut on the side opposite the cocking lever in
such a way that the quick release cocking lever can be closed using force. Whilst doing so it must be observed that the quick
release cocking lever in a horizontal position is already taut. It is only in that way that it can be assured that the front wheel can
be safely stopped. Always close the quick release cocking lever to the end.

Important Advice!
If the quick release cocking lever is not completely closed it can open again. The front wheel could therefore
become loose when cycling which could cause an accident!
