Connection and Control Elements
(8) SET CUE button
• Press this button during playback or pause to store the current position of the track as a CUE point.
(9) Operating elements for the effect or sampler functions
Selection switch EFX-S (SELECT) for selecting an effect or sampler
• Turn this control to select the desired effect in the software.
• Press SHIFT (20) + turn EFX-S to select the desired sampler in the software.
Use the rotary control FX1-S for setting the first parameter of the selected effect or controlling the sampler's volume.
• Turn this control to set the first parameter of the selected effect.
• Press SHIFT (20) + turn FX1-S to set the sampler volume.
Use rotary control FX2 for adjusting the second parameter of the selected effect.
• Turn this control to set the second parameter of the selected effect.
The effects of both controls on setting the effect parameters depend on the effect selected.
(10) EFX-S ON/OFF button
• Press this button to switch the software's effect functions on or off.
• Press SHIFT (20) + EFX-S ON/OFF to switch the software's sampler function on or off.
(11) IN /2 or OUT X2 buttons for the SEAMLESS LOOP function
• Press the button IN to store the starting point of a playback loop.
• Press the button OUT to store the end point of a playback loop.
• Press the button OUT again to leave the playback loop.
• Press the buttons SHIFT (20) + /2 to decrease the duration of the playback loop.
• Press the buttons SHIFT (20) + X2 to increase the duration of the playback loop.
