• Battery level is too low
• There is moisture inside the
device
• The device is connected to the PC
• Check the if the device is
connected correctly with the
charger
• Check the battery
• Check if microSD card is inser-
ted into the device
• Format microSD card and try
again
• Check if the microSD card is
installed correctly
• Check if the lens is dirty
• Check the connection of DVR
with the PC
• Check the settings
• Adjust the position of the device
