Please note:
– You must not move the calendar beyond the correct date. The
complicated movement is mechanically programmed and cannot
be moved back in time without making a professional adjustment
to the movement. However, if you do move the date forwards
beyond the correct date, you have two options: You can either
pull out the crown to position 2 to stop the movement until the
calendar setting matches the correct date once again. This
makes sense if the date has been set only a few days ahead.
Or, you manu ally adjust the date forwards until the display shows
the correct date. This is recommended in the event of larger
mal adjust ments.
– In order to avoid moving the calendar beyond the correct date
at the end of the month, we recommend that from the 30th of
the month you do not quick-set the calendar but move the date
forward to the first day of the following month using the time
setting only.
– Turning the crown too quickly when setting the calendar might
result in a faulty advance and the desynchronization of the indi-
vidual calendar displays (e. g. month, date and day). In such a
case, the movement needs to be reset by an IWC watchmaker.
