Air pressure too low for application?

Driver blade worn at the tip?
•
Piston 0-ring worn or damaged?
•
Bumper cracked or damaged?
•
Piston or cylinder damaged?
•
Excessive wear of piston 0-ring?
•
Air pressure within recommended range?
•
Piston o-ring cut or heavily worn?
•
Driver blade bent or damaged at the driving end?
•
Air exhaust clogged with dirt or sludged lubricant?
•
Check lubrication.
•
Feeder damaged?
•
Feeder spring(s) weakened or damaged?
•
Magazine obstructed by dirt?
•
Piston-driver assembly not returning at end of each cycle?
•
Add a few drops of special oil 14000197 through air
•
Main tool air exhaust clogged with dirt or sludged lubricant?
•
Feeder damaged?
•
Feeder spring(s) weakened or damaged?
•
Magazine obstructed by dirt?
•
Check to make sure cap or cap screws are fully tightened.
O-rings on top of trigger valve shaft damaged?

O-rings on main valve damaged?

Driver damaged at the driving end?

Feeder damaged?

Feeder spring(s) weakened or damaged?

Magazine obstructed by dirt?

Check fasteners are correct for the tool.
