In cascade mode, every heating circuit must have a volumeter
installed. The data calculated can be read centrally via a
datalogger or PC.
configuration / setting:
SOM WMZ SOL "0"
— Master PCB installed in the first SOM WMZ SOL
— Subaddress = "0"
— BUS mode = "cascading"
— BUS master = "Yes"
SOM WMZ SOL "1" to "15"
— Slave PCB installed in the following SOM WMZ SOL
— Subaddress = "1" to "15"
— BUS mode = "cascading"
Any order at the VBUS ® connection is possible.
Cascade operation without a controller, with PC
12.4 cascade with control unit
A heat meter cascade can be connected directly to a control unit.
The data calculated can be scanned at every heat meter or centrally
via the control unit. An additional PC can be connected.

— Do not make any adjustments at the control unit. The heat meter
must not be logged on at the control unit.
