Danger to life through electrocution!

Interrupt the power supply.
»
Undo the Phillips screw from the facing panel and pull the panel
downwards off the casing.
Opening the casing
»
Remove the two side screws from the transparent upper part of
the casing and remove this upper part.
Releasing the PCB
»
Remove the VBUS master PCB fitted at the factory towards the
top, and fit the VBUS slave PCB accordingly.
Changing the PCB
Assemble the device in reverse order.

12. Connection examples
The following connection examples show the VBUS connections
between heat meter, control unit and PC.
12.1 Standalone operation
The heat meter is operated independently of other control and
test components.
configuration / setting:
— Master PCB installed in the SOM WMZ SOL
— Subaddress = "0"
— BUS mode = "enabled"
Operation with PC
12.2 operation with control unit
The heat meter is operated together with a control unit.
12.2.1 Configuration / setting:
Control unit:
— The SOM WMZ SOL must be logged on as a module at the
control unit.
SOM WMZ SOL:
— Slave PCB installed
— Subaddress = "0"
— BUS mode = "disabled"
