Possible causes
– Wrinkles on the bottom of the pool liner
were not properly smoothed out before

– The pool is located on a bumpy or sloping
ground.
– The lateral rods are not vertical.
– Minerals oxidize in your water through the
chlorine. This normally occurs with water
from different sources.
– "Hard water" caused by a hightened pH
value.
– Insufficiently chlorinated.
– Impurities in the water.
– The swimmers do not clean their feet
before entering the pool.
– Hole or rip in the pool foil or in a hose to
the filter pump.

Correctives
– Empty the pool to a water level of 2 - 3 cm und
attempt to smooth out as many of the wrinkles
as possible.
– Empty the pool to a water level of 2 - 3 cm and
press the side walls outward until they are
outside the circumference of the upper ring.
– Empty the water completely and place the
pool on a flat even ground.
– Attempt to adjust the rods to a vertical position
by carefully moving them back and forth. If
necessary, remove the water.
– Adjust the pH value to the recommended
level.
– Let the water pump run until the water is clear.
– Clean the cartouse of the filter pump in regular
intervals.
– Adjust the pH value. Ask your swimming pool
accessories dealer for an appropriate water
treatment.
– Ensure that the chlorine content is correct.
– Clean the filter cartouse or exchange it.
– Spray off the dirt with a strong water sprayer
before entering the pool.
– Locate the damaged area and repair it. The
hoses should be changed.
– Tighten all hose clamps.
– Keep the pool covered when not being used.
