When replacing the panels: take care not to damage the electrical cable
between display and circuit board.
D.3.5 Cleaning the room air recirculation fan
The room air recirculation fan needs to be cleaned once per year by a by Zibro autho-
rized technician.
1. Remove the side covers of the stove. See chapter D. 3.4.
Make sure the stove is disconnected from electrical power supply.
2. Take out the air filter located at the rear side. See picture 20.
3. Remove both screws to remove the grid. See picture 21.
Make sure the stove is disconnected from electrical power supply.
4. Clean the outside around the room air circulation fan (see picture 22) with a vacuum
cleaner.
For further maintenance the room air recirculation fan needs to be removed from its
seat.
5. Loosen the nut holding the capacitor, using wrench size 13. See picture 23.
6. Remove the 5 screws from the fan support plate. Screw 1 (see picture 24); Screw 2
(see picture 25); Screw 3 (see picture 26); Screw 4&5 (see picture 27);
7. Remove both screws from the mains cable connection. See picture 28.
8. Gently pull and rotate the fan housing and clean the fan blades with a soft brush
and a vacuum cleaner. See picture 29.
