6. TEMPORARY DEACTIVATION OF THE MOVEMENT SENSOR

The system can be armed without activating the movement sensor.
This facility may be useful to prevent false alarm when anti-theft protection is required but the motorcycle is
subject to movement (for example on a ferry).
Procedure:
Press push-button n. 1 to arm the system.
Within 20 seconds press also push-button n. 2.
A sharp audible signal will confirm that the sensor has been deactivated.
The cancellation is temporary, that is valid for an arming period only. The movement detection function is
reinstated the next time the system is armed.

7. ADJUSTMENT OF MOVEMENT DETECTION SENSITIVITY

The movement detector can be adjusted to 8 different levels of sensitivity to displacement + 8 different
levels of sensitivity to shock. Normally it is fine-tuned for optimal performance by the installer during the
final testing, but the procedure is simple and sensitivity can be modified by the user if required.
