    SAFETY REGULATIONS The machine should only be used, maintained and repaired by trained employees who are aware of the eventual risks.     SICHERHEITSVORSCHIFTEN Nur ausgebildet Personal dürfen die Maschine benützen, pflegen, und reparieren. Jeder Benutzer dieser Maschine muss die Sicherheitsvorschriften, die auf Aufkleber (Maschine, Zubehör, und diese Anweisung) gezeichnet sind, genau kennen und unbedingt respektieren. Vor jeder Reise auf der Strasse kontrollieren, ob sie den Sicherheitsvorschiften und den Vorschriften der Straßenverkehrsordnung entsprechen. Befolgen Sie die empfohlenen Vorsichts maß nahmen : • Gelenkwelle : Beachten Sie die Anbauhinweisschilder. • Arbeiten Sie nicht unter der Sämachine. • Spuranzeiger : Beim Klappen nicht unter der Maschine aufhalten! • Klapprahmen : Beim Klappen nicht unter der Maschine aufhalten! ACHTUNG : Wegen des hohen Gewichts darf die Sämaschine nie auf beide Zentralräder abgestellt werden.

WARTUNG 1 - Vor Instandsetzungs-, wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten sowie bei Ermitteln einer Pannen- oder Betriebsstörungsquelle muss die Zapfwelle ausgekuppelt, der Motor abgeschaltet und der Zündschlüssel abgezogen sein. 2 - Regelmäßig kontrollieren, ob Schrauben und Muttern fest angezogen sind. Notfalls anziehen. Nach den ersten Betriebsstunden (4 Stunden) müssen alle Schrauben nachgezogen werden. Danach diesen Eingriff alle 80 Stunden wiederholen. 3 - Vor Wartung einer Maschine in angehobener Stellung diese mit einem geeigneten Mittel abstützen. 4 - Beim Austausch eines Funktionsteiles (Schaufel bei Streuern oder schare bei Drillmaschinen) Schutzhandschuhe tragen und nur geeignete Werkzeuge benutzen. 5 - Zum Schutz der Umwelt ist es verboten, Öl, Fett und Filter jeder Artwegzuwerfen oder auszugießen. Sie sind von darauf spezialisierten Unternehmen zu entsorgen. 6 - Vor Eingriff an de elektrischen Leitung die Stromzufuhr unterbrechen. 7 - Verschleiß ausgesetzte Schutzvorrichtungen müssen regelmäßig kontrolliert werden. Sie sofort austauschen, wenn Schadhaft. 8 - Ersatzteile müssen den vom Konstrukteur festgelegten Normen und Kennkennwerten entsprechen. Nur Ribouleau – Monosem Ersatzteile verwenden ! 9 - Vor Elektroschweissarbeiten am Schlepper oder der angehängten Maschine die Kabel des Wechselstromgenerators und der Batterie abziehen. 1 0 - Reparaturen an Organen, die unter Spannung oder Druck stehen (Federn, Druckspeicher, usw…)setzen eine ausreichende Qualifikation voraus und erfordern Werkzeuge; sie dürfen daher nur von qualifiziertem Personal durchgeführt werden.

    5 - D e hydraulische slangen eens per jaar controleren op: - aantasting en poreusheid van de buitenste laag, - vervorming bij druk of zonder druk, - de staat van de koppelingen en verbindingen. De slangen moeten worden vervangen vóór 6 jaar gebruik, en volgens de richtlijnen van de constructeur. 6 - Indien een lek ontstaat, moet u ervoor zorgen dat de nodige maatregelen worden getroffen om ongelukken te voorkomen. 7 - E lke vloeistof onder druk, zoals de olie van het hydraulisch circuit, kan ernstige verwondingen veroorzaken, de huid perforeren... In geval van verwonding, meteen contact opnemen met een arts om elk infectierisico te voorkomen. 8 - Vóór elke ingreep aan het hydraulisch circuit moet de machine in laagste stand staan, de motor uit zijn en de sleutel uit het contact zijn genomen. ONDERHOUDSVOORSCHRIFTEN 1 - H et is verplicht de aftakas uit te schakelen, de motor uit te zetten en de sleutel uit het contact te nemen vóór elke ingreep voor onderhoud, service of reparatie van de machine. 2 - Schroeven en moeren moeten regelmatig worden aangedraaid. Na de eerste uren van gebruik (4 uren) moeten alle schroeven worden aangedraaid. Deze handeling vervolgens herhalen na elke 80 uren gebruik. 3 - Vóór elk onderhoud aan een geheven machine moet deze worden gestut. 4 - Draag handschoenen en gebruik geschikt gereedschap voor elke vervanging van een werkend onderdeel. 5 - Ter bescherming van het milieu is het verboden olie, smeer of filters weg te werpen. 6 - De elektrische voeding moet worden losgekoppeld vóór elke ingreep aan het elektrisch circuit. 7 - Het is nodig de aan slijtage onderhevige onderdelen regelmatig te controleren en ze te vervangen indien er sprake is van slijtage of beschadiging. 8 - Bij vervanging is het verplicht gebruik te maken van MONOSEM-onderdelen, want deze voldoen aan de door de constructeur bepaalde eigenschappen. 9 - D e kabels van de dynamo en de accu moeten worden losgekoppeld vóór alle elektrische laswerkzaamheden aan de tractor of aan de aangekoppelde machine. 1 0 - Reparaties van onderdelen onder spanning of druk, of daarmee in samenhang, mogen alleen worden uitgevoerd door daartoe bevoegd personeel.
