14. Maintenance and Care

Without the careful manufacture and the use of high-grade Material is the Skyline
Zero Drag Racer a very long-life harness. But this longevity can only guaranteed,
if you done something, too:
controll the complete harness after every 10 flight hours thoroughly. All
ropes have to be tested for abrasion. Esp. frontal rope in the area of the
pulley
controll the strap/belt which runs thru the trimmer in the Kick-Ass System
(variation of angle of attack) and replace it, if damaged
controll main suspension
test Carbon-backplate for damages
controll all seams
The zipper and the slider have to be greased with silicon spray for
permanent smooth running
Never use sharp solvents to clean your harness. Clean it only with warm
water or, with persistent dirt, with curd soapsuds
Do not put the harness into a washing machine
Attention:
Before cleaning the harness you must remove the Rescue chute and attach him
first when he harness is perfect dry. By possible tread on damages, please
contact an expert.
