Adjusting the slider-retainer-line
While stretching your legs in the harness, the slider will be pulled by the slider-
retainer-line into the rear position. If the slider is in standard flight position, not at
rear stop, you have to shorten this line.

Length of the leg loops
The length of the leg loops is very important. If
too short, it can cause circulatory disorder in
the legs and can constrict running while start
and landing. If too long, the pilot could slip too
far to the back while straightening up and the
backplate could push the helmet from behind
upwards!
Leg loops with buckles are available in
different lengths, also individually adaptable!
7. Landing
Open the main zipper with the left line in a sufficient flight level. The legs remain
still stretched. Near straightening up, legs are to be taken out of the harness, the
pilot has to push a little from the speedbar while slider is slipping to the front.
The pilot is in anhalf-upright-position-now he can concentrate on grabbing the
uprights.
Taking off and packing the Zero Drag Racer
First open the main zipper completely, chest buckle, hip buckle and at least the
leg loops. Now you can take off the harness from your shoulders.
At folding up the harness, the extension plate has to be pushed back completely
and the footpart has to be as far in front as possible. Then you can stow the
harness into the rucksack.
