Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the bench grinder by wiping its exterior
parts with a damp cloth. Grinding dust and filings
can be removed using a brush or compressed air.
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Lubrication
The transmission gear for the wet grinding stone
must be lubricated regularly.
Remove the water tank and the cover (m) from
the gearbox (o).
Lubricate the transmission gear (n) with plenty
of ball bearing grease.
Replace the cover and water tank.
Do not lubricate the rest of the bench grinder.
