Install a conductive fluid hose on the Airless gun to ground the gun. Never exceed the maximum operating pressures of the equipment components. (For the Airless guns - ASB : maximum working pressure = 240 bar / 3480 psi).

Loosen the cartridge stop (23) and the screw (21) by means of a screwdriver, take off the seat (19), the PEEK seal (20) and the helicoils (18).

The gun is supplied with material by means of only one hose. To optimize the spraying, the following parameters are requested : viscosity, charges, materials pressure, tip size.
- Seite 34 PRIMING WITH MATERIAL 10- Remove the suction rod from the solvent filled container and immerse it into the material container. 11- Point the gun towards the material container and trigger the gun until the material flows out regularly. WORK 12- Unlock the trigger gun to install the flat tip or the reversing tip depending upon your work.
