I, the undersigned, Serge Olivier,
Declare that I have received the assumption of the above material, used and
installed in accordance with the notice, with the essential requirements of
Directives 73/23/CEE and 86/336/CEE, modified by 92/31/CEE and 93/68/CEE by
the application of the following regulations:

This equipment has been tested and finds to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part
15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in
a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communica-
tions. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equip-

Pursuant to Part 15.21 of the FCC Rules, any changes or modifications to this equipment not expressly approved
by Evolis Card Printer may cause, harmful interference and void the FCC authorization to operate this equipment.
