EverActive NC450 is a microprocessor controlled rechargeable battery charger that supports 1-
4 pcs of R03 (AAA), R6 (AA) Ni-MH of any capacity in any combination.
Power input:
Charge current:
1. Connect the provided power supply cable to the charger, then connect the power cable to
an AC socket.
2. Insert batteries into the charger while maintaining the correct polarity.
3. After inserting the batteries correctly, the LCD display will indicate the charging progress.
4. After a complete charge cycle the LCD display will show a full battery symbol (all of the
segments are full).
5. After all of the batteries are fully charged the charger will turn of the backlight of LCD. It is
recommended to wait 15 minutes to let the batteries and charger cool down.
6. Disconnect the power supply cable from the AC socket, then remove the batteries.
Additional Tips:
1. The charger is equipped with a special battery revival function – in the event of an
extremely discharged or an old battery the charger will try to charge the cell even if it has zero
voltage. For the best results we recommend using the 4th slot (outer right).
2. The charger is also equipped with a function that detects faulty batteries, unsupported
batteries or batteries with high internal resistance. In the event of charging such batteries the
LCD display will show a flashing symbol. Also in case of faulty (worn out) and unsupported cells
the full battery symbol can be indicated unexpectedly, just after few seconds/minutes of
operation.
WARNING:
- the charger detects a fully charged battery using a method of ∆V – the charging process is
terminated automatically,
- do not leave the charger unattended,
- the charger supports only Ni-MH cells,
- the product is intended for indoor use only,
- after charging the batteries may be hot – remove with caution,
- the charger is not intended for use by children without adult supervision,
- disconnect the charger when not in use,
- the product should be disposed of properly according to applicable law. At the end
of life the product should be passed to the waste collection, electronic recycling
point. Do not dispose as unsorted municipal waste.
