Wheel Bracket to face the long end
of the ring needs
STEP 1: Attach Wheel Bracket to the Axle Shaft
1. gear bracket (#13) over the axle shaft (#3) and position over the
center axle hole using hex bolt M8x45 (#B) and loosely tighten the lock
nut M8 (#B).
Step-2
Install brackets (#10/#9) onto the axle shaft, noting to distinguish the
left and right order. Then secure them to the tray (#1) and tighten with
screws (#C).
