Die Erwärmung des Badewassers im Schwimmbecken geschieht am schnellsten bei maximalem Durchsatz des Wassers durch die Wärmepumpe (siehe Kapitel „Technische Daten“). Steigerung des Durchsatzes verringert allerdings die Verweildauer am Wärmeübertrager, was dazu führt, dass der Temperaturunterschied zwischen dem Wasser im Schwimmbecken und dem erwärmten Wasser am Einlauf des Schwimmbeckens in Summe geringer und daher weniger spürbar ist.
