Adjusting the position of the grip handle
Press the twist button on the handle backwards, turn the grip to the left or to the right at the
same time, until you hear a click.
General cutout
-
Clamp your workpiece if it is mobile. Rest the front shoe of the saw on your workpiece
(make sure the blade is not touching the workpiece) and turn the saw on, applying
enough pressure in the direction of the cut to keep the blade firmly against the workpiece
at all times. Do not force the cut or stop the saw. Do not bend or twist the blade, let the
tool and blade do the work.
In general, thicker blades are for wood, plastics and composites, and thinner blades are
-
for cutting metal. If vibration or noise occurs, a thinner blade or higher speed may be
required. If the blade overheats or jams, it may indicate that a thicker blade is needed.
-
Replace the blades when they wear out. Dull blades will produce poor results and may
overheat the saw.
Plunge cutting
-
Clearly mark the cutting line, from a convenient starting point within the area to be cut.
-
Place the tip of the blade over that point with the saw parallel to the cut line, lowering
the saw until the bottom edge of the shoe rests on the workpiece and the blade does not
touch the workpiece.
Start the saw and allow it to reach its maximum speed.
-
-
With the saw resting on the shoe, slowly tilt the saw forward to lower the blade into the
cut line. Continue this motion until the blade is perpendicular to the workpiece.
Metal cutting
Blades specifically designed for cutting metal should be used for this purpose. You can use
light oil as a coolant when cutting metal, this will prevent the blade from overheating, help
the blade cut faster and promote longer blade life.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution: Before performing any work on the tool, disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
Cleaning
Keep the tool's ventilation slots clean to prevent the motor from overheating.
-
-
Clean the tool housing regularly with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.
Keep ventilation slots free of dust and dirt.
-
-
If the dirt does not come off, use a soft cloth dampened with soapy water.
-
Never use solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These solvents can
damage the tool.
Storage
-
Thoroughly clean the tool and its accessories.
Store out of the reach of children, in a stable and safe position, in a cool and dry place,
-
avoiding too high and too low temperatures.
Protect from exposure to direct sunlight.
-
-
Do not store in plastic bags to avoid moisture accumulation.
6. TROUBLESHOOTING
The saw does not start:
-
Power connection: Make sure the saw is properly connected to a working power source.
Check that the plug is firmly inserted into the power socket.
-
Power switch: Confirm the power switch is in the "on" position.
-
Cable inspection: Check the power cable for any cuts, wear, or damage that might
interrupt power flow.
Poor cutting performance:
-
Blade condition: Inspect the blade to ensure it is sharp and properly installed. A dull or
incorrectly installed blade can affect performance.
-
Power fluctuations: Verify that the power supply is stable and suitable for the tool. Avoid
using unsuitable extension leads.
Abnormal noise or vibration:
-
Blade check: Make sure the blade is undamaged and properly secured.
-
Loose components: Inspect all screws and connections to ensure they are properly
tightened.
