5. Install the appliance on a level, dry and solid floor. Check the correct
installation with a bubble level.
6. The appliance must not be installed near of a door.
7. Adjoining pieces of furniture must not be higher than the appliance itself (top
edge of the hob).
8. Adjoining furniture or housing and all materials used for installation must be
able to resist a temperature of min. 85
the room the appliance is installed in during operation.
9. The veneering of cabinets has to be fixed with a heat-resistant glue, that is able
to withstand a temperature of 120
10. If the appliance is installed beside pieces of furniture which are higher than the
appliance itself (top edge of the hob), a minimum distance of 20 cm must
be maintained between the appliance and the furniture.
11. The distance between the appliance and an extractor hood must be at least 65
cm (s. fig. above).
12. If the appliance is installed below a wall cabinet, the distance between the
appliance and the wall cabinet must be at least 70 cm (s. fig. above).
13. The distance between the wall cabinets adjacent to the appliance and the lower
kitchen unit must be at least 42 cm (s. fig. above).
14. The nameplate is inside the appliance or at the back.
Installation of the adapter feet.
The supplied adapter feet enable proper levelling and individual height adjustment
relevant to the height of your kitchen furniture. We recommend the usage of the
adapter feet to provide optimum stability of the appliance.
