so it will quickly make the connection between the verbal command, the acoustic signal, and the unpleasant
sensation on its neck. Over time, only a minimum of these stimulation pulses will be needed, as the dog will
associate them very well with disobeying your command. A red indicator light on the receiver illuminates while
the stimulation pulse is being delivered. When the button is pressed and held, the duration of the stimulation
pulse is limited to a maximum of 8 seconds.
The stimulation impulse is fixed at 6 basic levels on buttons 1 (lowest) to 6 (highest). It is important to choose
the  right stimulation intensity for your dog. Every dog is different in terms of sensitivity, and it is impossible
to  predict the correct impulse level in advance, so start with the lowest level. If the dog does not respond
to the low stimulation level, gradually try higher levels until you see a slight reaction.
The stimulation impulse should never cause pain or fear in the dog.
10. FOR BEST RESULTS
10.1
Maximum range between transmitter and receiver
The d-control easy training collar can be used at a distance of up to 200 m. The maximum range between
the transmitter and receiver is affected by a number of factors, such as weather, terrain, vegetation, and so on.
To ensure maximum range of the device:
Do not cover the antenna on the top of the transmitter.
When sending a command, hold the transmitter in a vertical position away from your body and with your
arm stretched above your head.
Check the battery in the transmitter and receiver and replace it if necessary.
10.2
Using the training collar in winter
When using a training collar in winter, it is important to keep the following in mind:
Low air humidity - causes lower skin conductivity. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure better conductivity
between the receiver's contact points and the dog's skin. This can be achieved by lubricating the dog's skin
at the contact points with, for example, medical petroleum jelly, ointment, or another skin moisturizer.
Thicker dog coat - when putting on the training collar, it is necessary to tighten the collar so that the contact
points are in constant contact with the dog's skin. If the coat is thick, it is advisable to trim the coat
at the point of contact with the skin or choose a longer type of contact point.
Change in battery properties - at temperatures below 0°C, the chemical reaction in the battery slows
down. To ensure that the performance of repeated impulses (especially higher levels) is maintained,
we  recommend  inserting a new battery into the receiver during the winter. When using, continuously
monitor the dog's reactions and, if necessary, increase the stimulation impulse level by 1 to 2 degrees.
11. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
1. Read these instructions again and check whether the problem is caused by weak batteries or incorrect use.
2. Check that the batteries are inserted with the correct polarity.
