TIP: The battery can be removed more easily using a small screwdriver, which you carefully insert under
its edge.

Turning the receiver on/off (Figure 5 on page 3)
A magnetic switching system is used to turn the receiver on or off (or to pair the transmitter with the receiver).
It is activated by placing a magnet stored in the lower part of the transmitter against it.
Turning on:
1. Place the bottom part of the transmitter on the semi-circular target on the receiver – the red indicator light
will turn on, followed by the green indicator light.
2. Move the transmitter away from the receiver – the green indicator light will start flashing.
Turning off:
1. Place the bottom part of the transmitter on the disc on the receiver, just as when turning it on.
2. After the red indicator light comes on, move the transmitter away – the receiver will turn off.
IMPORTANT: When turning on/off, place the targets together for approximately 1 second. If they
remain in contact for longer than 5 seconds, the receiver will enter pairing mode. This mode
is indicated by the green and red indicator lights flashing four times simultaneously. In this case, follow
the instructions in section 7.4 Pairing the transmitter with the receiver.
NOTE: For longer battery life, we recommend turning off both the receiver and transmitter after each
training session. If you are not using the device for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
7.4
Pairing the transmitter with the receiver (Figure 5 on page 3)
Each transmitter has its own radio operating code. In order for the transmitter to communicate with your
receiver, they must be paired. When purchasing a new d-control receiver and transmitter set, there is no need
to pair them, as the set is already paired at the factory. Pairing is performed if you want to use a different
transmitter or receiver (e.g., in case of loss).
IMPORTANT: Before pairing the transmitter and receiver, make sure that no one else is using their d-control
in your vicinity. Your receiver could pick up the code of another transmitter. This would allow someone else
to send commands to your dog. If this happens, pair your receiver with your transmitter again.
1. Turn on your transmitter – the green LED indicator will flash.
2. The receiver must be turned off.
3. Place the bottom of the transmitter against the semi-circular target on the receiver for 5 seconds. The green
indicator light on the receiver will light up for a long time, followed by 4 flashes of both the red and green
LED indicators.
4. After the indicators turn off, move the transmitter away and press the button
is indicated by an acoustic signal from the receiver.
New receiver pairing
The receiver can be re-paired an unlimited number of times, either with the same transmitter or with a different
transmitter (section 7.4).
TIP: An unlimited number of receivers can be paired with one transmitter. All these receivers will behave
in the same way when the function button is pressed. This can be used, for example, for two receivers
on the neck of one dog. Alternatively, it can be used for joint training of several dogs, where we give
the same commands to all of them at once.
7.5
Selecting contact points
Stainless steel contact points are used to ensure the transmission of stimulation impulses from the receiver
to the dog's skin. Each package contains two types. If your dog has short hair, use the short contact points.
If your dog has longer or thicker hair, choose the longer ones. Screw the contact points onto the receiver screws
– see Fig. 2/1 on page 2. Tighten the contact points by hand. Do not use pliers or other tools to tighten them,
as this may cause irreparable damage to the product.
