Disconnect tool from air supply.
Gripchuck spindle (25)wit' spanner (32)andwithhexwrench (31)
unscrew hexscrew(30)andtakeoff
(29). Grip housing (I) by •the flats at the rear end and
unscrew nut(28) and takeoff wheelcover(27).Unscrew and
removenutclamp(26)fromhousing (1)ard gripchuckSpindle (25)
and puuoutcomplete withthemtor assemuy.

Takeout 4 rotor blades(20)from rotor (19).Grip the rotor (19)
carefully so as notto damage it or raiseburrs onit andunscrew
chuck spindle (25)to release f rontendplate (23)andbearing (24)

Drive outpin(13)andremove l ever ( 12). U nscrew h ose adaptor with
screen (14)withO-ring (15)andpull
bladed screwdriver,unscrewvalve plug (11) and take out air
regulator (8)withO-rings (9)and(10). s pring (7)andpinthrottle (6)
with
(4)and(5).Remove O-rings (4)arxl(5)frompinthrottle
(6).if a replacement is required, push outbushing t hrottle valve (2)
withO-ring(3).Remove O-ring(3)frombushing (2).
Reassembly
Cleanall partsand examine for wear andreplaceanypartswith
parts obtainedfrom the manufacturer o r an approveddistributor.
Ensure that the faces of the plates (18) and (23) that abut the
cylinder ( 22) areflat andfreetromburrsandsurface defects. I f
necessary, laponaflat,finegrade ofabrasive p aper. I-•tly coat a u
parts withasuitable pneumatic toollubricating oilandpack bearings
Witha [thiurnor molybdenum basedgeneral p urposegreaseand
assemUe in reverseorder.With the lever (12)depressed,pour into
hoseadaptor(14)5mlofa suitable pneumatic motorlubricating o il.
Releaseleverand connecttoa suitableair supptyand runtool slowly
for 2 to 3 seconds to allowthe oil to circulate.Checkthat tie safety
leverandair regulator o perate correctly. E nsure wheelcover(27)is
tightlysecured bynut(28).Before fittinganewdisc(29),makesure
thatthediscis undarnaged andhasthecorrect s peed
check thespeed ofthetoolat anairpressure o f 90PSIG (6.2bar)
measuredat the tool inletwhen
exceed 22,000 RPM. See section "Operating".
