Solution
- Press and hold the power button for 2
seconds to turn on the device.
- Charge the device fully before
attempting to turn it on again.
- Turn the device on again. It's
recommended not to use the device for
more than 30 minutes at a time.
- Reduce the pressure applied to the
massage gun and restart the device.
- Wait for the device to cool down
before turning it on again.
- Pull the massage head out slightly and
try turning on the device.
- Align the slots of the extension handle
with the device, and press it in until it
clicks.
- Ensure both locking buttons are
pressed simultaneously, then pull the
extension handle out.
