Cleaning the Housing and Nozzles
• Clean the housing with a damp, soft cloth if necessary and then dry it with a soft cloth.
• Regularly remove hair and fl uff from the nozzles.

If the device does not work properly, fi rst check whether you are able to rectify the prob-
lem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact the
customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!

box is triggered.

• If the telescopic rod (13) has been attached, the cable can
be wound over the two cable holders (1) for the purpose
of storage.
• You should store the device in a cool, dry place which is
out of the reach of children and animals.
Possible cause
The mains plug is not
inserted correctly in the
socket.
The socket is defective.
No mains voltage is present.
The On / Off switch (10) is in
position 0.
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
No error can be identifi ed.
Fix
Insert the mains plug.
Try another socket.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
Move the On / Off switch to
position I.
Reduce the number of
devices in the circuit.
