Before First Use
Make surethe batteriesareinsertedfollowingthecorrectpolarity.
Position the scale on a firm flat surface.
Foruseoncarpetattachenclosed carpetfeet.
Changing the Units
STEP 1: Press thecentreof theglassplatformto turn onthe scale.
STE P 2:Select k g, s t orlbweight m ode bypressing [ >] orC<]. T he scale
will then turn off.
Setting the Scale to Zero
STEP 1: Position thescaleona flat, levelsurface.
STEP 2: Press thecentreof theglassplatformandmakesurenoweightis
onthescale. C O.O/ZER O] willbedisplayed.
STE P 3:The scale willswitch off and is now ready f or use.

Using the Body Analyser
Weight Readings
STEP 1 :Step onto theplatform andstandstill.
STEP 2 : After2-3 seconds t heweightreading w illbedisplayed.
STEP 3 : Step off theplatform; theweight r eading willbedisplayed f orseveral
secondsbeforethe scaleturns off.
Setting User Memory
STEP 1: Press the [O] buttonto turn thescaleon.
STEP 2: Whiletheusernumber i s flashing,selecta usernumber b y
pressing orC>]. P ress [ O] to confirm theusernumber.
STEP 3 :Themale [t] orfemale [t] symbol willflash. P ress or
select m ale, f emale, male athlete ['it] orfemale athlete V].
Press [O] to confirm.
STEP 4 :Theheight display w illflash.Press [ <] or[>] to select t hecorrect
height, thenpress [O] toconfirm.
STEP 5 :The agedisplay w illflash.Press [ <] and[>]to select t hecorrect
age, t hepress @ to confirm.
STEP 6 :The scale willswitch off andisnow ready foruse.
