The month of April plays a very special role in our anniversary year: our
independent Glashütte family business was first founded in April 1869 by
Robert Mühle, and in April 1994 Hans-Jürgen Mühle finally gave it its present
form: as Mühle-Glashütte GmbH nautische Instrumente und Feinmechanik.
So it is only logical that an equally special Mühle watch is enriching the 1994
edition this month: the S.A.R. Rescue-Timer. As Edition 1994, it has a black
PVD-coated stainless steel case. This gives the new special edition its very
own character.
