Warnings | Please read before use
Before using the power bank, carefully read all the following precautions.
In case of long-term storage of the powerbank, it is recommended to charge it to 75%.
Store the power bank in a clean, dry and cool place, away from sources of heat and sunlight.
Charge the powerbank at least once a month to maintain the proper condition of the cells and safe operation.
Protect your device against moisture and flooding.
Do not open the device. Don't try to repair it yourself.
Protect your device from falls and damage.
Do not connect damaged devices or devices that are potentially incompatible with the powerbank.
Avoid extreme temperatures (optimum ambient temperature: 0-45 °C at 65% ± 20% humidity without condensation).
The powerbank should be kept out of the reach of children or under adult supervision.
Use only a compatible charger to charge the powerbank.
Do not throw into fire, do not place on heat-producing devices (the powerbank may explode if heated), do not bite, suck, crush, pierce,
open the case, do not insert into eyes, ears, mouth or other body cavities, do not drop it, do not expose it to impacts, do not cause a
short circuit.
The powerbank must not be left wet or used in a humid environment.
Before using or charging the powerbank, make sure it is dry, clean and undamaged.
Never use a damaged powerbank. Do not use the product if it has suffered a strong shock or impact.
If there is a disturbing smell, sound or smoke coming from the powerbank, stop using the device immediately and return it to the
manufacturer's service center. 
Failure to follow any of the above precautions will void the warranty and may damage the powerbank and the devices connected to it. 
Improper use of the powerbank by not following any of the above precautions may cause a fire, and in extreme cases may result in loss
of health or life due to electric shock. 
The manufacturer is not liable for material damage, loss of health or life in the event of failure to comply with any of the precautions
listed in this manual. 
At the end of its useful life, do not dispose of this product with normal household waste. For proper treatment, recovery and recycling,
take it to a designated collection point. 
RoHS compliance
This product complies with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the
use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS), as amended.
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, EC Regulation 1907/2006) is the EU's regulatory
framework for chemicals. CSG S.A. meets all the requirements of the regulation and undertakes to provide our customers with
information on the presence of substances of very high concern (SVHC) in accordance with the REACH regulation.
The WEEE symbol means that, in accordance with local laws and regulations, the product and its batteries should be disposed
of separately from household waste. At the end of the life of this product, please take it to a collection point designated by your
local authority for safe disposal or recycling. Collecting and recycling the product, its electrical accessories and batteries
separately will help conserve natural resources, protect human health and the environment.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS 
1. CSG S.A., with its seat in Skawina (ul. rtm. Witolda Pileckiego 8, 32-050 Skawina), hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor,
guarantees proper and failure-free operation of the product throughout the warranty period.
2. The warranty period shall last for 24 months and is calculated from the date of delivering the product to the Purchaser.
3. Territorial scope of warranty protection covers the European Union, countries of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom,
Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and Albania.
4. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Purchaser resulting from the implied warranty for defects.
5. In order to benefit from the warranty, contact the seller via e-mail: support@greencell.global. The handling of the complaint will be
accelerated by a completed complaint form available at: greencell.global.
6. The Guarantor will inform the Purchaser about the method of processing the warranty complaint (i.e., acceptance or refusal of
acceptance) within 14 days from the receipt of the product. In case the Guarantor acknowledges the validity of the complaint, the
defect of the product will be removed by the Guarantor or the defective product will be replaced with one without defects within 14
days from the date of informing the Purchaser of the validity of the complaint. The Guarantor decides how the complaint will be
handled, taking into account the Purchaser's request in the complaint form, if possible. If removal of defects due to the degree of
difficulty requires a large amount of work or additional measures, this period may be extended, but the Guarantor will make every effort
to repair the product as soon as possible.
7. In the case of acknowledging the validity of the complaint, the Guarantor covers the cost of delivery of the defective product to the
Guarantor service and the cost of delivery of the repaired or replaced product to the Purchaser.
8. The Guarantor's liability covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the product.
