Using
1. Remove the plastic top (1) and take out the aluminium insert (4).
2. Fill the plastic bottom (2) with tap water up to the water level indicator
(3). Place the aluminium insert (4) into the plastic bottom (2).
3. Place 1 – 4 eggs in with the large ends down into the aluminium insert
and close the egg boiler with the plastic top.
4. Put the closed egg boiler into your microwave.
Guidelines for microwave wattage of 800 W
Approx. 10 min. for soft eggs – 12 minutes for hard boiled eggs
 Do not touch any parts of the egg boiler after cooking with your hands,
as the parts become very hot! Use oven mitts or pot cloths. Only carry
the microwave egg boiler by the plastic bottom. The egg boiler might
open unintentionally.
Hints:
 The cooking time depends on various factors such as size of the eggs,
power of the microwave device, position within the microwave, etc.
Determine by trial and error the optimal cooking time for you.
 The aluminium parts of the microwave egg boiler might become
discoloured after using in the microwave. This is not a fault and there is
no cause for concern.
Cleaning
 Allow the microwave egg boiler to cool down completely before
cleaning or storing it.
 After each use, clean all parts with water and a smooth detergent to
prevent calc build-up and remove the residue left by the eggshells.
 Dry all parts completely before the next use.
 Wash all parts per hand and do not wash them in the dishwasher.
Avoid using metal items or sharp edges to avoid damaging the surfac-
es. Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives or similar substanc-
es.
