Caution on Disassembly
Follow the 'below-mentidned
unit and reassembling it, to keep its safety and excellent
performance:
1. Takeout a recordoithe• unit'
2. Be sure to remove the input/output
SM-207H/E before starting
3. Take off nylon bands or wire holders where they need
be removed when disassembling the unit; After servicing
the unit, be sure to rearrange the leadswhere they were
before disassembling.
4. Take sufficient care on static electricity
circuits and other circuits

*I: Opening the turntable compartment is possible by the
following two ways;
• Connect the input/output
207H/E), turn on the power switch and push the
open/close button to open the turntable compartment.
• Loosen the screw at the loading motor

shift the motor so that the turntable
be opened manually. See Fig. 4—2.
*2: Moving forward the tonearm is possibleby the following
two ways;
• Connect the input/ouiput

forward button to move forward
• Apply DC IOV to the socket CNS104 so that the
tonearm is moved forward. See Fig. 4—2.
*3: When removing the turntable compartment, be careful
not to put undue force to the -door switch (SW302).
NOTE:
While the turntable compartment is opening or closing, if
it is given undue force, it will stop halfway with the APMS
indicator flashing.
If this happens,turn off the power switch onceandthen turn
it on again, and the turntable compartment will resume
normal operation.
