Information About the Operating Instructions
Before using the product for the fi rst time, please read through these operating instructions
carefully and keep them for future reference and other users. They form an integral part of
the product. The manufacturer and importer do not accept any liability if the information in
these operating instructions is not complied with.

Intended Use

■ The product is suitable as an additional
weight for strength training with your own
body weight.
■ The product is suitable for athletes at an
advanced level, not for beginners!
■ The product is for personal use and is
not intended for commercial applications.
■ Use the product only for the specifi ed
purpose and only as described in the
operating instructions. Any other use is
deemed to be improper.

Safety Notices

WARNING – Danger of Injury!
■ Keep children and animals away from
the packaging material. There is a dan-
ger of suff ocation.
■ The product is not a toy. Do not leave
children and animals unsupervised with
the product to prevent injuries!
■ If a sandbag bursts, keep children and
animals away from the sand. Do not
inhale the sand. There is a danger of
suff ocation!
■ Do not wear the weighted vest in your
daily life or for longer than a standard

training session. This may lead to an in-
correct posture caused by overexertion.
■ The weighted vest is not a toy! Parents
and other people in supervisory capac-
ities should be aware of their responsi-
bility because, due to children's natural
instinct for play and desire to experi-
ment, it is foreseeable that situations
and behaviour will occur for which the
training vest is not constructed.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material
and Property
■ Do not make any modifi cations to the
product. It may only be taken apart and /
or repaired by the manufacturer, custom-
er service department or a similarly qual-
ifi ed person (e.g. specialist workshop) in
order to avoid any hazards.
■ Protect the product from extreme tem-
peratures, persistent moisture or wet
conditions, naked fl ames and pointed or
sharp objects. Do not drop the sandbags
as they could burst open.
■ Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee that
there is no interference that may prevent
the product from working.
■ If the product is not used for a prolonged
period, store the product in a cool and
dry place protected from direct sunlight
out of the reach of children and animals.
