Press the tool from above until the clamping screw meets the HB
clamping surface.
Turn the clamping screw clockwise using a TORX® wrench as far as it
will go.
 The clamping screw is in contact with the HB surface on the tool.
Turn the clamping screw back a quarter of a turn.
