3.8 Reel Brakes
– Dismantle the cassette compartment (see 3.2).
– Turn the reel brakes (Pos. A2900, Fig. 19) in the direction of the
arrows and take them out.
– Unhook the brake springs (Pos. A2700 / A2800, Fig. 19).
– Turn the brakes (Pos. A2700 / A2800, Fig. 19) in the direction of the
arrows and remove them.

3.9 Reels
– Dismantle the cassette compartment (see 3.2).
– The reels (Pos. A2300 / A2350, Fig. 20) can be taken out when
having removed the tension arm (point 3.7) and the reel brakes
(point 3.8).
3.10 Idler Wheel
– Dismantle the cassette compartment (see 3.2).
– Remove the retaining washer (Pos. A2200, Fig. 20).
– Remove the idler wheel (Pos. A2100, Fig. 20).

– Remove the drive belt (Pos. A3500, Fig. 21).
– Remove the retaining washer (Pos. A3400, Fig. 21).
– Undo the clamp (Fig. 21) and take the pulley (Pos. A3300) out.

– Play a E120 cassette.
– Re-adjust the reverse rollers
