These instructions describe the expanded features and new functions of the Wingstabi
Evolution Classic. For additional information and explanations of the functions please

The regulatory behaviour of the Wingstabi Evolution has been systematically optimised
in respect of performance and latency. The default values have also been significantly
improved with the aim of making the unit easier to use efficiently from the outset.

In principle, axis coupling works like an intelligent combi-switch (CAR: coupled aileron /
rudder). In basic terms the model's turning behaviour is improved by reducing gyro
response on rudder when an aileron command is given. This has no adverse effect on
the model's stability during rolling manoeuvres, so it is not necessary to switch axis
coupling on or off according to the manoeuvre being flown. The degree of axis coupling
can be set within the range 0 - 100 in the Expanded Settings for each gyro phase.
Tip: a good starting point is a value of around 40.
