REPAIRS DURING THE WARRANTY
PERIOD
For repairs within the warranty period,
please use the original invoice to claim
the warranty. Please also submit the
warranty card for the appliance with
your request.
The warranty period is 24 months
and starts on the day the goods are
handed over to the consumer.
Warning! The name and registered
office of the seller and the date
of delivery of the goods to the
consumer are shown on the invoice
provided, which forms an annex to
the guarantee certificate and is a
condition for its validity.
THE WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE
EVENT OF:
• failure to abide by the user manual,
• repairs carried out by an
unauthorised person,
• fitting non-original components to
the appliance,
• improper handling of the appliance,
• damage resulting from mechanical
shocks caused by the buyer or a
third party,
• force majeure (flood, lightning, fire,
etc.),
• the use of the appliance for
professional and profit-driven
activities.

Before reporting a fault, prepare:
• a description of the problem,
• the invoice proving the purchase of
the appliance,
• the TYPE and serial number of the
appliance.
If the problem cannot be resolved
in the abovementioned way, we will
arrange with you to take the appliance
in for servicing. In this case, our call
centre will provide you with all the
information you need.
PURCHASE OF SPARE PARTS
A list of spare parts and the optional
additions programme is available on
the manufacturer's website.
GUARANTEED SERVICE PERIOD
The guaranteed service period is 3
years after the expiry of the warranty
period. To purchase spare parts
or service your product after the
warranty period has expired, please
contact the Eurel Customer Support
Centre.
