spirit or other solvent as a cleaning agent, note that special safety measures
are required. Read the instructions supplied with these materials.

Important: it is essential to keep the model's weight to a minimum, so please be
sparing at all times when applying adhesives.

Operating the model for the first time
Screw aerial in the transmitter. Remove the battery compartment cover on the
underside of the transmitter. Place the battery cells in the compartment, orientated as
shown in the illustration, then close the cover again.
Charging the flight battery
Switch the transmitter on by moving the slide switch to the ON position; the red LED
will light up. Open the flap at the top of the transmitter and locate the lead terminating
in a plug. Insert the plug in the socket on the underside of the fuselage.
