Change batch of inserts
Replace
Lubricate drive screw properly
Fit thrust spring
Adjust to correct setting
Check air supply/fittings
Adjust air pressure at base of handle
5 -6.3 bar maximum.
Ensure bore of hose is 10mm
minimum
Ensure there is no restriction in the
air supply or connections
Lubricate as per instructions
Lubricate then depress trigger
several times
Ensure there is no restriction in
the air supply
Adjust air pressure/volume
Replace where necessary
Adjust to correct setting
Adjust air pressure/volume
Select correct insert
Change batch of inserts
Lubricate drive screw correctly
Change Inserts
Replace drive screw
Replace with correct insert/drive
screw
