Sunlight is disturbing the cup sensor (A15)
The sensor cover (A15) is dirty

Silicone nozzle (A6) not detected
Silicone nozzle (A6) is broken or weak
Heater sensor error
Flow meter error
Air in water system (can be after installing new
water filter, see p. 9)
Water tank (A3) not installed correctly
If the error still appears
ACTION
Place cup on the magnetic drip tray (A5)
Use another cup
Move the machine to a spot with less direct
sunlight
remove any dirt carefully with a cotton swab or
damp cloth

Re-install the silicone nozzle (see p. 25)
Replace nozzle (see p. 25)

Remove the water tank (A3) and (if installed) the
water filter (see p. 9). Check the tank valve
(A18) and the tank receiver (A19) for dirt and
remove any dirt carefully with a cotton swab or
toothpick. Reinstall the water tank carefully and
make sure the tank is aligned
Switch the machine off and back on. Start the
operation one more time
Remove the water tank and install it again
carefully. Push the water tank down lightly to open
the tank valve (A18) on the bottom
