TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
1. No tea is
delivered
2. The display of the
machine is dark and
the interface is not
responding
3. Water is not hot
4. Water is leaking out
of the machine

POSSIBLE CAUSE

No water in the water tank (A3)
The water tank (A3) has been inserted
incorrectly and the tank valve (A18) on the bottom
is not open
Limescale in the water circuit
Machine has no electrical power
Electrical power board inside the machine is
defect
Wrong water temperature set
Automatic heater safety thermostat is
activated
Manual heater safety thermostat is activated
The silicone nozzle (A6) is not placed
correctly
The silicone nozzle (A6) is damaged
ACTION
Fill the water tank
Remove the water tank and install again carefully.
Push the water tank down lightly to open the tank
valve on the bottom
Descale as described on p. 25 - descaling
Check the power plug and the fuse of your power
socket
Contact customer support (see p. 31)
Set correct water temperature in the steeping
settings (see p. 15)
Wait for at least 10 min until the thermostat
automatically resets itself
Wait for 30min until the machine is cooled down.
Remove the water tank (A3). Use the reset pin
(A22) and gently push it in the reset hole (A21) on
the back of the machine until you hear
a clicking sound
