POSSIBLE CAUSE
Blocked tank valve (A18)

Broken or weak lid spring
Cup sensor (A15) cannot detect the cup material

The sensor cover (A15) is dirty
The sensor sensitivity is wrong
Sunlight is disturbing the cup sensor (A15)
Silicone nozzle is blocked
Silicone nozzle is damaged
Silicone nozzle (A6) is blocked
Rinse setting is off or not intense enough
The used tea leaves are finer than regular, which
causes the serving of the tea to be slower, which
may result in the rinse cycle starting before the
serving of the tea has ended
The tea sieve lid (A9) is not used when making
loose leaf tea
Glass brewing chamber needs to be cleaned by
hand from time to time

Check the tank valve for dirt and remove any dirt
carefully with a cotton swab or toothpick
