installed in the print head.

anti-slip feet are not required
in combination with the

Pro Bundle accessories
The UltiMaker S6 is compatible with the Material Station and Air Manager,
enhancing your 3D printing experience.
The Air Manager improves safety and print quality with an enclosed top
and filtration that removes up to 95% of ultrafine particles.
The Material Station enables 24/7 uninterrupted printing by automatically
managing up to six spools in a humidity-controlled chamber.
Together, they form the UltiMaker S6 Pro Bundle – your professional setup,
offering streamlined workflows and fast, high-quality prints.
Location
Before installing the UltiMaker S6, select a stable and appropriate location:
• Stability and weight: The surface must be flat, level, and strong enough to support the printer:
• UltiMaker S6: ~25 kg (55 lbs)
• UltiMaker S6 Pro Bundle: ~50 kg (110 lbs)
• Environment: The printer must be positioned out of direct sunlight during operation.
• Clearances: Ensure there is sufficient space around the printer for airflow and material handling:
• UltiMaker S6: If using the spool holder, allow at least 20 cm (8 in) of space behind the printer.
• Air Manager: Ensure at least 10 cm (4 in) of clearance behind the fan for unrestricted airflow.
• Material Station: Ensure at least 10 cm (4 in) of clearance behind the dehumidifier exhaust.
Installation
The UltiMaker S6 should be lifted by at least two people during installation.
Finish unboxing the UltiMaker S6: remove all packaging materials, remove the door seals, cut the cable
tie that secures the print head, and put aside the starter kit.
Before powering on the printer, install several hardware components, depending on the configuration.
Bowden tubes
1. Remove the two clamp clips from the print head.
2. Insert the Bowden tubes into the corresponding collets.
3. Secure the tubes with the clamp clips.
4. Click the cable clips onto Bowden tube 2 (right) and divide
them equally.
Anti-slip feet
The anti-slip feet are not required in combination with the
Material Station.
Carefully tilt the printer and place the four anti-slip feet around the
bottom of the frame panels. This keeps the printer securely placed,
even when printing at high speeds.
