CLEANING YOUR COTTON CANDY MACHINE
• Wash in warm water, rinse and dry thoroughly. After cleaning and thoroughly drying
the bowl, return to base making sure it is locked in to position. Align the plastic on
the base unit with the plastic tabs on the bowl. The tabs on the bowl will fit under the
plastic tabs as you turn the bowl counter clockwise to lock. Make sure it is secured
and locked into position. To remove, turn clockwise to unlock.
• Return the extractor head assembly, making sure that the grooves are properly
aligned to fit over the pegs on the stem.
USING YOUR COTTON CANDY MACHINE
1. Place on a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting.
2. Make sure that the unit is in OFF position before plugging in.
3. When plugged in, turn the unit to ON and allow to run for at least 3–5 minutes. This
will allow the appliance to warm up. Turn the unit off again.
4. Measure a level tablespoon of sugar with the measuring
spoon supplied. Pour sugar into the center receptacle.
Switch to ON position.
5. The cotton candy maker will spin the sugar into a flossy
sweet treat that you collect on a stick, spoon or paper cone
(not included) by spinning the collector as it circles the bowl.
6. When you can visually see the cotton candy "web" begin,
collect the cotton candy on the collector by holding it
vertically. Rotate the collector with your fingers while you circle the bowl. Once cotton
candy has been collected, hold the collector in a horizontal position over the extractor
