6.4.6 Rotate the wings on both sides of the print roller bearing lock downward and fit them into place.
6.4.7 Let the printer stand and dry for one minute before closing the paper compartment or loading the label
paper.

7.1 The red indicator is constantly on
Possible causes
The paper compartment is not closed
There is no label paper
The label paper is not pulled out of the paper
compartment
The print head temperature is too high
A printing error occurred
7.2 The printer cannot be found during Bluetooth connection
Possible causes
The printer is not powered on
The number of connected devices exceeds the limit
Bluetooth is not enabled on your phone
7.3 The printer cannot be found during USB connection
Possible causes
The printer is not powered on
The USB cable is not connected
Solutions
Close the paper compartment
Load the label paper. Please refer to
Pull the label paper out of the paper compartment and close the
paper compartment
Stop printing. Wait for the print head to cool down before
printing again
Follow the in-app instructions
Solutions
Connect to a power source and press the power button
Disconnect other Bluetooth devices and discover again
Enable Bluetooth on your phone
