Take the necessary precautionary measures when transporting and unpacking the appliance.
Avoid strong shocks during transport and when operating the unit.
Check the appliance, any loose parts and/or accessories for any transport related damages.
After unpacking the unit, make sure that the packaging is disposed of in an
environmental friendly way.
Disposing of the unit
Old electric and electronic appliances still often contain precious materials.
They also however contain hazardous components and toxins that are necessary
for the fully functioning of the unit. Therefore never throw away the unit together
with the common waste. Dispose of the unit in an environmental friendly way.
