Troubleshooting

Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt about some of the check points, or if the
solutions indicated in the following guide do not solve the problem, consult your dealer for instructions.
Symptom
No Power
Sound is distorted or
no sound.
The unit does not
connect to Wi-Fi.
The unit does not
respond to remote
control or unit's
buttons.
The USB device or
the contents in it
cannot be read.

Maintenance

Disconnect the AC adaptor before maintenance. Clean this system with a soft, dry cloth.
• Never use alcohol, paint thinner or benzine to clean this system.
• Before using chemically treated cloth, read the instructions that came with the cloth carefully.

Cause(s)
The AC adaptor is not connected to the
power supply or is not connected to a
power supply securely.
The volume is set to the minimum level.
An AC mains lead or fluorescent light is
near the cables.
The unit is being interfered with static
electricity etc.
The unit is being interfered with static
electricity etc.
The format of the USB device or the
contents in it are not compatible with the
system.
Large content size or large memory USB
device takes longer time to read.
Solution
Please check that the AC adaptor is
connected securely.
Adjust the volume.
Check and adjust the antenna.
Move the unit to another location and do
a full scan again.
Keep other appliances and cords away
from the cables of this unit.
Switch off and unplug the unit. Then
connect the plug to the power supply
and switch it on again.
Switch off and unplug the unit. Then
connect the plug to the power supply
and switch it on again.
Check the USB device format.
