Regel:
Die Einstiche beim Wabenstich m ussen beim Vor- und Ruckwartstransport immer in die gleichen
E instichlbcher stechen (siehe Abb. 28).
Oberprufung:
e
Die Einstellscheibe fur Stich lange gegen den Anschlag beim Symbol fur Dreifachstich stellen.
e
Die Taste 1 5 fUr Wabenstich ei nschalten.
e
Den ZickzackfuB anstecken.
e
Den Wabenstich nahen.
Einstellung:
e
Die Sechskantschraube 1 6 mit einem 5,5 mm Schraubenschlussel nur
(siehe Abb. 28a).
e
Die Schraube 1 5 etwa 2 Umdreh ungen herausdrehen.
e
Die Schraube 1 6 Ieicht andrehen.
e
Den Wabenstich nahen.
Die Stichlange des Wabenstiches muB jetzt etwas zu lang sei n.
e
Die Schraube 1 6 Ieicht Ibsen.
e
Die Schraube 1 5 etwas hineindrehen.
e
Die Schraube 1 6 Ieicht andrehen.
e
Den Wabenstich nahen und die Einstiche uberprufen.
e
Die E i nstellungen an der Schraube 1 5 und Schraube 16 solange sch rittweise wiederholen, bis die
Nadel i n die gleichen Einstichlbcher einsticht.
e
Die Schraube 1 6 festdrehen.
Kontrolle:
Den Wabenstich und den Stretch 3-fach Geradstich nahen und kontrollieren, ob die Nadel immer in die
gleichen Einstichlocher einsticht.
2 8 . Equalizing the length of the forward- and backward-controlled uti lity stitches
Correct setting:
When the machine is set for the honeycom b stitch the needle should always enter the same holes during
forward and backward sewing (Fig. 28).
Check:
e
Turn the stitch length control to t h e triple-stitch symbol.
e
Push button 1 5 for the honeycomb stitch.
e
Attach the zigzag foot.
e
Sew honeycomb stitches.
Adjustment:
e
Loosen hexagon screw 1 6 by
e
Turn out screw 1 5 about two turns.
e
Tig hten screw 1 6 a little.
e
Sew honeycomb stitches.
The honeycomb stiches m ust now be a l ittle too long.
e
Loosen screw 1 6 a little.
e
Turn in screw 1 5 a little.
e
Tighten screw 1 6 just lightly.
e
Sew honeycomb stitches and check the needle punctures.
e
Gradually repeat the adjustment of screws 1 5 and 1 6 until t he needle enters the h oles made previously.
e
Tighten screw 1 6.
Final check:
e
Sew honeycomb and Elastic triple straight stitches and check to see if the needle always enters the holes
made previously.
