• Automatic recording: automatic recording of an incoming call from an outdoor station.
• Automatic electro-lock unlock: "Doctor's office" function. The main gate (power electro-
lock) is automatically activated upon receipt of a call from the outdoor station.
• Automatic unlock set: the parameter allows associating the automatic unlock with certain time
slots.
• Enable incoming calls from all buildings: if activated, the reception desk station will be
enabled to receive calls from all buildings belonging to the same data network.
• Define the buildings of incoming calls: if the previous parameter is not active, from this
parameter it is possible to enter from which buildings the reception desk station will be able to receive
calls. Simply enter the parameter and press the add button, then enter the name and number of the
building to be associated (repeat the operation of adding a building if there is more than one). From
the same menu, it is also possible to delete buildings by pressing the "edit" button and following the
instructions on the page.
• Intercept external station calls: activation of the interception function of incoming calls from
outdoor stations. If this parameter is activated, it is possible to configure a time slot during which the
function is active.
• Call forwarding: password-protected function (default password 666666). When activated, the
function allows to transfer all incoming calls to another reception desk station.
• Activate the button and enter the number of the reception desk station for which the call transfer
needs to be activated.
5.6) Advanced parameters
Password-protected menu (default 222222). Allows the configuration of various system parameters
(reception desk station address, home page configuration, password change, device reset). Press the
"OK" button to confirm any changes to the parameters. Changing one or more of the menu
parameters may affect the correct operation of the system.
• Reception desk address: this button accesses the configuration page of the unique
parameters of the device:
N.: progressive number of the reception desk station. If there is only one reception desk station
in the system, the parameter must be set to 1. If there is more than one station, the number
entered should be progressive 1, 2, 3, 4.
The maximum number of reception desk stations that can be installed in a system is 32, each
device must have a unique ID.
Villa mode: if activated, it eliminates the "Building" parameter from the menu, allowing the
system to be used for a single house or block of flat.
• Home Page Management: configuration page of the home page of the device. The
parameters on this page "populate" the Home page.
FUNCTIONS
Openings: activation of the button for unlocking the electro-locks of outdoor stations.
Call log: activation of the button to access the log of incoming video intercom calls.
SOS log: by activating the parameter, the reception desk station is able to receive SOS signals
from the TS-SMARTs present in the systems associated with it.
Card management: activation of the MIFARE card creation/deletion menu.
Surveillance: activation of the button to display the cameras of the outdoor station and any IP
cameras connected to the system.
Video intercom: activation of the intercom function towards the apartments associated with the
reception desk station.
Relay: activation of the auxiliary IP relay menu (art. VIIP-RELAY).
Unlock all: when this parameter is enabled, a general unlocking button appears on the home
page for all the gates associated with the reception desk. This function is protected by a
password (default 666666).
Voice message: activation of the button for activating a voice messaging answering machine.
Notes: activation of the notes field allows the insertion of written messages that will be displayed
in the appropriate white space next to the date and time box on the home page.
• Password: page for changing the user password.
Access the password you wish to change, enter all required data and press "OK" to confirm the
change.
• Reset: Pressing the button will reset the device to the factory settings. Two reset operations
made in one minute will hard reset the device, erasing all information on it.
5.7) Information
Display page for device information (operating system version, network information, etc.).
6) Functions of the buttons on the device
The device has 5 touch buttons on the right of the screen.
Through these buttons, the following functions can be managed:
• HOUSE: return to the Home page
• ARROW: return to the previous menu
• VOLUME +: increase the call volume
• VOLUME -: decrease the call volume
• HANDSET: call to internal numbers
With the LCD off, pressing one of the buttons activates it.

STANDARD DE CONCIERGERIE AVEC MONITEUR
1) Divers
L'appareil VIIP-GUARD est un standard de conciergerie équipé d'un écran tactile LCD de 10 pouces.
Le produit fait partie de la gamme V44 SMART et utilise le protocole IP pour la transmission des
données. Les fonctions disponibles sont énumérées ci-dessous :
• Réponse aux appels des standards extérieurs ;
• Ouverture des portails appartenant aux standards extérieurs gérés ;
• Visionneuse de caméras IP externes ;
• Appels vers des appartements faisant partie de la même infrastructure de réseau ;
• Création et annulation de cartes MIFARE (ex. art. 44339CHU-MT) ;
• Gestion des relais auxiliaires IP (Art. VIIP-RELAY) ;
• Enregistrement sur place de messages vocaux ou de notes écrites
L'appareil est conçu pour être installé sur un bureau à l'aide des supports fournis.
L'appareil peut être alimenté par une alimentation 24VDC, en utilisant le connecteur fourni avec ou
par un commutateur PoE 48VDC standard (type VIIP-SPOE).
L'appareil est équipé d'une connexion LAN filaire

Veuillez consulter la section « Exigences d'installation » à l'adresse www.ave.it dans la section
MANUELS TECHNIQUES. Il est recommandé de mettre en place une connexion Internet pour
permettre un service d'assistance à distance en cas de besoin et une ligne d'alimentation électrique
dédiée (UPS). Une vérification périodique des mises à jour des logiciels est également recommandée
afin d'obtenir les meilleures performances et d'assurer un bon fonctionnement. Les mises à jour sont
disponibles par le biais du réseau d'assistance technique.

3) Installation
Installer l'appareil sur une surface plane. Monter les supports (fournis) et connecter le combiné de
l'interphone à l'aide du câble fourni.
Lors de l'installation du produit, respectez les consignes suivantes :
• Ne pas bloquer et ne pas obstruer les évents et les ouvertures de l'appareil
• Éviter d'installer l'appareil dans des endroits soumis à de brusques changements de température
et d'humidité et dans des endroits très poussiéreux.
• Positionner l'appareil à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil, de sources lumineuses intenses (qui
nuiraient à la bonne visibilité de l'écran LCD) ou de sources de chaleur.
4) Menu de configuration
Sur la page d'accueil de l'appareil, il est possible d'accéder à un menu de configuration en appuyant
sur la touche à trois lignes situé dans le coin supérieur gauche de l'écran.
Dans le menu, vous pouvez effectuer les opérations suivantes :
Silence : l'audio et le micro de l'appareil sont désactivés. Le mode silence activé est indiqué

par une icône rouge représentant un haut-parleur dans le coin supérieur gauche de l'écran ;
• Nettoyage : activation de la fonction de nettoyage de l'écran de l'appareil. Lorsque le mode
nettoyage est activé, l'écran tactile est bloqué pendant 30 secondes, après quoi toutes les
fonctionnalités sont rétablies.
• Verrouillage de l'écran : en appuyant sur la touche, si la fonction a été activée dans le menu
de configuration « Affichage », l'écran tactile est verrouillé et il est nécessaire d'entrer le mot de passe
(par défaut 666666) pour le déverrouiller. Si le mot de passe saisi est erroné trois fois de suite, la
saisie est bloquée pendant 60 secondes.
• Redémarrage : redémarrage de l'appareil.
• Visiophone : accès au menu de configuration de la partie visiophone de l'appareil. La
signification des paramètres se trouve dans la section correspondante de ce manuel.
