1.First, charge the massager before use.
2.Once the charger's indicator light is green, disconnect the
charger for operation.
3.Optional: Choose a massage stick and attach it. To detach
massage stick, twist stick counterclockwise. To attach
massage stick, twist clockwise.
4.Press the Power On/Off button to turn on the massager. The
massager will start up and the units POWER LIGHT indicates
the product is on.
5.Select "Mode" button for different percussion modes and
press the "^" or " " button to enhance or reduce the
percussion power. There are 4 percussion modes available
with 5 speed types for each mode.
